Inter Agency Dialogue in Colombia DIAL issues in the Internet the first edition of its two-monthly Bulletin Diálogo, which central topic is the analysis by Constantino Casasbuenas, Colombia local director of Oxfam, of the role of NGOs in the attention of the forced displacement problem in Colombia

OUR MISSION
Based on a humanitarian vision and in coordination with the Colombian Government, the international community and society at large, DIAL seeks to influence, both the definition and implementation of policies and humanitarian actions leading to solutions in the crisis areas of the displacement of persons and the need for sustainable human development.
DIAL has a Liason Officer, who facilitates the exchanges and lobbying spaces central to our work. The office seeks to coordinate agency projects and promotional activities, as well as to provide up to date information.
